Who We Are
Golden Oaks Home Care has provided an excellent environment for our residents who do not want to live in a large community but still require the level of assistance offered by an assisted living facility or a nursing home. We strive to provide person-centered services customized to our residents’ needs. We do this to help our residents regain their independent living skills and boost their overall quality of life. Within our facility, we provide home-cooked meals and a lovely back patio for residents that prefer a smaller home-like setting. We offer compassionate one-on-one, tender loving care for our residents.
Golden Oaks Home Care understands the importance of maintaining the health and safety of the people we serve. Thus, we staff our homes with compassionate professionals and trained staff members who have experience, the needed skills, and an abundance of knowledge to provide a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
We serve residents ages 18 + years old who have mental disabilities/illness, brain injuries. Our Brooklyn Park home is licensed to serve residents ages 18+ whereas our Apple Valley home is licensed to serve residents ages 55+.
